Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 picks up the story where Modern Warfare 2 left off with Task Force 141 still on the hunt for Russian Ultranationalist Vladimir Makarov. Many of the same characters from previous titles reprise their roles in Modern Warfare 3 as well as a number of new playable characters. The game includes a story based single player campaign as well as co-operative and competitive multiplayer game modes.
